	Walter (Tom) Connelly - Executive Vice President and COO
	Tom is a licensed Master Geotechnical Driller in the states of Maryland, Delaware and West Virginia. He offers more than thirty years of experience in soil/rock drilling and the installation of monitoring wells in the eastern U.S. Tom is a certified well driller by NGWA and serves on the board of directors with the NDA. He is actively involved in several facets of the drilling industry and is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable drillers on the East Coast.

	Eileen Cohen-Pineda, P.E. - President and CEO
	Eileen has been a registered professional Geotechnical Engineer in the state of Maryland for more than twenty years. Since its inception Eileen has been the driving force behind the solid financial and organizational growth of Connelly & Associates. Eileen's diverse background in the geotechnical and environmental industry has been the key to her success in developing a strong and loyal customer base. Eileen holds an engineering degree from the University of Maryland.

	Sam Connelly - Vice President of Drilling Operations
	Sam is a licensed Master Geotechnical Driller in Maryland and Delaware. He has more than fifteen years of experience in geotechnical and environmental drilling with eight years as the company's drilling manager. Sam is responsible for day to day drilling operations as well as client interaction and customer satisfaction.

	Jonathan S. Ford - Vice President of Administrative Operations
	Jonathan brings to the company several years of business and financial experience in both corporate and governmental settings. Jonathan is responsible for day to day business operations and front office administration. Jonathan served nine years with the U.S. Army and earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from Shenandoah University.
