Geotechnical Driller in the states of Maryland, Delaware
and West Virginia. He offers more than thirty years of
experience in soil/rock drilling and the installation of
monitoring wells in the eastern U.S. Tom is a certified
well driller by NGWA and serves on the board of directors
with the NDA. He is actively involved in several facets
of the drilling industry and is recognized as one of the

Eileen Cohen-Pineda,
P.E. - President and CEO |
| Eileen has been a registered professional
Geotechnical Engineer in the state of Maryland for more
than twenty years. Since its inception Eileen has
been the driving force behind the solid financial and organizational
growth of Connelly & Associates. Eileen's diverse background
in the geotechnical and environmental industry has been
the key to her success in developing a strong and loyal
customer base. Eileen holds an engineering degree from
the University of Maryland. |

Sam Connelly
- Vice President of Drilling Operations |
| Sam is a licensed Master Geotechnical
Driller in Maryland and Delaware. He has more than fifteen
years of experience in geotechnical and environmental drilling
with eight years as the company's drilling manager. Sam
is responsible for day to day drilling operations as well

Scott Summers, P.G. - Regional Manager of DE and PA Operations
Scott is a licensed Professional Geologist and offers more than 15 years of consulting and operations management in the environmental and geotechnical industry. He graduated from Kutzdown University with a BS in Geology. Because of Scott's diverse technical experiences, clients can rely on his background to assist them with the planning and execution of traditional and more complex geo-environmental projects. Scott is responsible for the day to day operations of the DE and PA offices, contract negotiation and business development. |

Emily came to join our family business in 2005 with a BA from Evergreen State College and five years experience managing a non-profit organization. As our Project Coordinator, she serves as support to our managers and field personnel regarding all drilling projects.

Steve DeLosh – Western
Pennsylvania hunter and collector of miscellaneous metals,
Steve is a family man and conscientious Drilling Manager.
He has been in the geotechnical drilling field since 1987,

old-time roughneck worked with owner (Walter Connelly) in
1979 as a helper on a 40C skid rig. He has been drilling
